For the first time in generations, the dream of homeownership is threatened. The Housing Development Fund helps low- and moderate- income families prepare to buy their first home with free counseling services and low-interest downpayment assistance programs. To date, we've helped over 1450 families purchase their first home. And our Foreclosure Intervention program helps families fighting to keep the homes they've worked so hard for, providing guidance, expertise and support.
Because, to our clients, home means so many things.
